Welcome to "the Landing". This a world class hotel in a quiet peaceful place...Moonstone Beach. Kick off your wingtips or heels, forget about the hustle and bustle of the city, and just relax. From most of the rooms you can enjoy an Ocean view. There is an abundance of nature, from dolphins and sea otters, to flocks of pelicans and sooty sheerwaters (by the millions). In the spring and fall the migrating whales go lazily by. This part of the coast is also on the migratory path of the monarch butterfly and the Canadian Goose. Just north of San Simeon, a group of elephant seals has established a colony. Within minutes are art galleries, wineries, golf courses, and many fine dining establishments. On Moonstone Beach are many quiet, secluded beaches where you may find an elusive, magical Moonstone! Not to be left out of all this is the fabulous Hearst Castle, just 10 minutes away.

"The Landing" is separated into two buildings. The Main building is on the left with the large glassy rooms facing the ocean. The Jacuzzi Suites are on the right.

The Jacuzzi Suites are all new and feature a fireplace and refrigerator in the room. They are all decorated individually by local artists. Here are some views:
