Cambria Chili Cook-Off...April 20th

The aroma of mouth-watering chili is filling the air as our chef develops this year's recipe for the annual chili cook-off. Come by the Pinderado Grounds and help Moonstone win another trophy! Music, prizes, and entertainment await you.

Afterwards, drive back down to Moonstone Beach Drive and quench your thirst with a cold beer or glass of wine from the Central Coast. Ask to see our special cocktails menu if that is more satisfying. Watch the sunset on the Pacific blue ocean and enjoy lunch or dinner on the outdoor patio.

March is for the Kids!

Lots to see and do in March. In San Simeon, the weaned sea pups are teaching themselves to swim. In Cambria, Allied Arts is displaying artwork created by local Cambrian students. View the seals, the show, and then walk or drive down to Moonstone Beach and view the ocean while dining on our outdoor patio. For those who prefer the indoors, every table has a view. We offer a kids' menu and a toy to keep them busy. Sit back, relax, enjoy!

The skies have cleared! Dine on our oceanfront patio and have enjoy the sun watching the waves roll in on Moonstone Beach. We now serve Firestone 805, and for the wine enthusiasts, our Tobin James Syrah can now be ordered by the glass.

With rain forcasted for the next few days, stop in and dine at one of our inside full ocean view tables. Watch the waves crash on the shore while dining on our Moonstone Clam Chowder served piping hot in a crusty sourdough round. We've even slashed the price on our bottles of J. Lohr Arroyo Vista Chardonnay which pairs nicely with the creamy richness of our homemade soup.

Cambria Annual Art & Wine Festival

Last weekend of January

Three days of wine tasting, demonstrating artists, excellent food and unique shopping experiences.
January 27, 28 & 29 - 2012

Friday the event begins with shopping specials and demonstrating artists

Friday evening an Event Kick-Off Party offering wine & food pairing (five course meal), entertainment, preview of the Art Show/SilentAuction and special raffle prize packages will be held at the Veterans' Hall.

Saturday offers Wine Tasting at the Veterans' Hall, the Joslyn Center (west village) & the Cambria Historical Museum (east village), over 35 local wineries and 65 local artists participating. In addition Saturday offers an Art Show/Silent Auction of local artists original creations and more opportunities for guests to acquire raffle tickets by visiting participating businesses throughout the village.

Saturday evening offers additional venues with artists, food, wine and continued entertainment.

Sunday offers an Artist's Faire with demonstrating artists, wine tasting and a barbecue lunch available. Raffle drawings will be held at the end of the event on Sunday at the Artist's Faire.

$25 Main Event tickets which allow access to all venues Saturday and Sunday as well as include a souvenir wine glass and program.

$75 Kick Off Party, Food & Wine Pairing Unreserved seating. Includes a Main Event ticket for the balance of the weekend.

$90 Kick Off Party, Food & Wine Pairing VIP Reserved seating. Includes a Main Event ticket for the balance of the weekend.
